Terms of use

1. Who we are

RPZ (app.rpz.fans) is a service published by Joue-La Comme, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) registered with the Bobigny Trade and Companies Register under number 977 496 488, with its registered office at 33 Quai de Seine, 93450 L'Île-Saint-Denis, France (“we”). 2. What RPZ is

RPZ lets you build your jersey museum: your wardrobe, your wishlist, your memories, your timeline. RPZ is a declarative platform: what you record (jersey, club, player, season, memory, emotion) is your declaration. We verify neither the authenticity of a jersey nor the truth of a memory, and we display no “verified” or “authentic” badge. The service is currently free; if a paid part ever appears, it will be clearly announced and separately agreed.

3. Accepting and changing these terms

Creating an account means accepting these terms. If they change substantially, we will tell you in the app or by email before they take effect, with no retroactive effect (unless required by law or when the change only benefits you). If a change does not suit you, you can delete your account at any time, in one gesture, from the app.

4. Minimum age

RPZ is for people aged 15 and up. At signup you confirm you are at least 15; your date of birth never leaves your browser and is not stored. A museum dedicated to a child is created and managed by the account holder, and can never be made public.

5. Your account and its security

Your username is also your potential public address (rpz.fans/@username). You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for what happens on your account. An account is personal: it cannot be lent, sold, or transferred. If you notice unauthorised access, tell us right away: contact@rpz.fans.

6. Your content is yours

Your jerseys, memories, photos and stories remain yours. You grant us only the technical right to host them, display them according to your visibility settings (private by default) and back them up. Your museum is nominative and non-transferable: it is attached to you by these terms, not by a token or a blockchain. You warrant that you have the right to publish what you post (your photos, your words).

Commenting in another member's museum. When you leave a comment in another member's museum, that comment remains your content (you can delete it at any time, and it disappears with your account), but it is published in their space: the museum's owner can remove it from their museum whenever they want, without justification. Stay courteous — an insulting or abusive comment can be removed, reported, and lead to account suspension. The museum's owner is notified of your comment, with your handle.

7. What we never do

• Sell your personal data.
• Pass your email address to a third party — athletes and clubs included. If they want to talk to you, it goes through RPZ.
• Show your individual data to athletes or clubs: they only see aggregated, anonymous statistics.
• Targeted advertising on your data.

8. Rules of use and prohibited content

The museum is yours; the roof is shared. By using RPZ, you agree not to:

• post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, violent, sexual involving minors, infringing, or that violates other people's rights (including image rights);
• impersonate a person, an athlete or a club;
• send spam or tag people abusively;
• disrupt the service: attempted unauthorised access, circumventing anti-abuse limits, bulk data extraction (scraping), or using the service's content to train an artificial-intelligence system without written permission.

To report content: the “Help & feedback” button on your Profile, or contact@rpz.fans. We remove manifestly unlawful content as soon as we become aware of it.

9. Moderation, suspension, termination

In case of serious or repeated abuse of the rules in section 8, we may remove content, suspend or close an account: except in emergencies or legal obligations, we will give you the reasons by email, and you will be able to respond. On your side, you can close your account at any time (section 10) — that is your only formality.

10. Deleting your account

From your Profile → “Privacy & data”, you can export all your data (readable file + photos) and delete your account. Deletion is immediate and final: museums, jerseys, memories, photos, and your traces in other people's museums (tags). Technical backup copies expire by themselves within 7 days. Only anonymous statistics remain (for example: “a fan declared a jersey of this club in 2026”), which cannot be traced back to you.

11. Availability and liability

RPZ is a young service, provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it available and reliable (daily backups), without being able to guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our liability cannot be engaged beyond what may lawfully be limited under French law in force.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of any dispute, the French courts alone have jurisdiction.
